Heather has called Lake Norman home for 18 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s where she chose to start her family, and she’s grateful to have found Cornelius — the place she and her daughter proudly call home. Focused on going above and beyond for every stakeholder, Nicole ensures that each step of the process is handled professionally and efficiently. Her dedication to clear communication and seamless coordination allows clients to navigate the often complex real estate process with confidence.
In addition to her transaction coordination skills, Nicole is a certified Notary Public, adding an extra level of trust and reliability to her services. Carla Belanger, a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, brings a strong background in new construction, property management, sales coordination, and closing management. She holds a BA in Communication Studies and Spanish from UNCW and is also a Notary Public. With a blend of professionalism and humor, Carla is known for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Often called “the Communication Queen,” she’s praised for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to manage every aspect of a transaction—from inspections to temporary housing—with ease and efficiency. Clients value her intelligence, kindness, and ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
A Raleigh native, Carla enjoys the area’s balance of city life and natural beauty. She lives with her husband and three children, and in her free time, enjoys walking, reading, and volunteering at her children’s school. Her early experience in her family’s Italian restaurant instilled in her a lifelong passion for hospitality and service.
Bethany
NC/SC Transaction Coordinator
Bethany is a Realtor with over a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers across the greater Charlotte, NC and SC area. She has a Marketing degree from UNC Wilmington, where she got her start in real estate working in a new construction neighborhood.
Known for her reliability, communication, and attention to detail, Bethany works to create a seamless experience for agents and their clients from contract to close.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys adventures with her Golden Retriever, learning Spanish, planning her next home renovation, and traveling the world on solo adventures—always returning recharged and ready to serve.
Ambie
NC Transaction Coordinator
Ambie does her best work within the flow of a real estate transaction, where details, deadlines and people deserve equal attention. She brings structure and calm to complex processes. Her approach keeps communication proactive and transparent, allowing transactions to move forward with confidence.
Known for balancing precision with care, Ambie anticipates needs and addresses challenges early. She takes ownership of each transaction and handles every detail with consistency, professionalism and respect for the people and responsibilities behind it.
Outside of work, Ambie is a married mother of three. She lives simply, loves passionately and believes that a full, grounded life shows up in the way she serves others each day.
